    Dr. Ted Willey is founder and president of Ted Willey & Associates, an internationally recognized executive coaching and business advisory consulting firm whose mission is to provide organizational and leadership assessment and development consulting services to for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Willey's vast corporate experience includes directing successful organizations in the development of their human capital management systems.

    Dr. Willey provides executive and board leadership with sound advice and counsel focused entirely on increasing executive and board performance. Through advisory and consulting services, Dr. Willey answers a need for executives and boards to become more effective in meeting new strategic challenges. Ted Willey & Associates also supports the achievement of organizational objectives by ensuring alignment of purpose within the organization's board, alignment of strategic vision with senior management, and alignment of performance metrics between the board and the organization.

    Dr. Willey is a seasoned executive coach and advisor with extensive practical experience assisting senior managers and executives with their personal and professional development. With a doctorate specializing in Executive Leadership Development, Dr. Willey brings a combination of knowledge and awareness of the most current leadership theories, research, and practice to each of his clients.

    Ted Willey is an experienced practitioner in the fields of Board of Director Alignment, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Collaborative Ideation, Organizational Transformation, Leadership and Organizational Diagnosis, Change Implementation, Leadership Competency Analysis and Development Planning. He has extensive business consulting experience in organizations specializing in Health Care, Hospitality, Banking/Finance, Public Utilities, Aerospace Defense Systems, Environmental Services, Airline/Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Technology and Oil and Natural Gas.

    Ted is an accomplished facilitator, nationally recognized professional speaker, and the award-winning author of The Power of Choice: A Guide to Personal and Professional Self-Management.

    He holds a Doctorate Degree in Education from The George Washington University with a specialty in Executive Leadership and Human Capital Management. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Human Resources Planning Society, and the National Speakers Association. Dr. Willey also has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate School of Professional Studies at Regis University.

    Dorothy Tucker is a Principal of Ted Willey & Associates and serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer. As a senior business executive she directs the operations of the company, actively supports its strategic vision, and drives the planning and implementation of its daily business operations. As a seasoned executive she is also responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining client and business partner relationships.
